This policy explains what information Beyazian collects when you use www.beyazian.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Details you give us when you order, create an account or contact us: name, phone number, email, delivery address and order notes.
• If you create an account, your profile, saved address and order history are stored securely with our account provider (Google Firebase).
• Your cart, wishlist and recently viewed items are stored in your own browser so the site remembers them for you.
• When you view a product or place an order, our team receives a notification with the product, your town/district if you have shared it, and your name if you are signed in, so we can stock and respond quickly. Orders are also logged in our order sheet.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders.
• To contact you about your order by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• To send offers only if you have subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We share your name, phone and address only with our delivery partner to deliver your order, and with our payment provider when you pay by card. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information or your account at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email.
