Delivery
- We deliver islandwide to all 25 districts in Sri Lanka.
- Orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1 working day.
- The delivery fee is set automatically from your district when you check out:

- Free delivery on orders over Rs. 5,000, or over Rs. 3,000 during Payday Week (25th to the end of the month).
Payment
- Cash on Delivery — pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
- Bank transfer — use your order number as the reference and send us the slip on WhatsApp.
Returns & replacements
- If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will send a replacement or give a full refund, including delivery charges, for these cases.
- For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items (such as rollers, brushes and epilators) can only be returned if they are faulty.
- Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days for unused items in original packaging; the customer covers the return delivery.
